mommyscrubs.com is operated by Turner Family Joint Enterprises LLC, doing business as Mommy Scrubs™ ("Mommy Scrubs," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Using Our Site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase. You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other users' information, or to copy, scrape, or resell any part of the site without our written permission. We may refuse service or end access to anyone who violates these Terms.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work to show colors, sizes, and details accurately, but colors may look different on your screen. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we cancel or change your order, we'll contact you using the information you provided. If an error in price or description appears, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, even after you've ordered.

3. Orders and Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment information is encrypted and processed by our payment providers.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Shipping
Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy. Wholesale, hospital, and employer orders follow the terms of their separate agreement.

5. Health and Product Information
Mommy Scrubs™ apparel is designed to make pumping at work easier. Information on our site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Please talk with your healthcare provider or a lactation consultant about breastfeeding and pumping. Our antimicrobial finish protects the fabric only; it does not protect the wearer or others from bacteria, viruses, or illness. Please check your employer's uniform policy before wearing our products at work.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, photos, videos, logos, and graphics, belongs to Mommy Scrubs™ or its licensors. Mommy Scrubs™ and Don't Undress to Express™ are trademarks of Turner Family Joint Enterprises LLC. Our patented scrub top access panel design is protected by U.S. Design Patent Nos. D1,121,273 S and D1,121,274 S. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, trademarks, or patented designs without written permission.

7. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas, or feedback, you allow us to use, edit, and share them in any medium without payment. You agree your submissions are your own, are truthful, and do not include anything unlawful, offensive, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Third Party Links and Tools
Our site may link to or include tools from other companies. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

9. Privacy
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

14. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us.
