Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom color orders take longer, and we'll email you a timeline.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.
• Faster shipping options, if available, are shown at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect timing.

Address Changes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email orders@mommyscrubs.com as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email orders@mommyscrubs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Wholesale and Hospital Orders

Shipping for wholesale, hospital, and employer orders follows the terms of that agreement.
