In 2018, after returning to work from maternity leave, Occupational Therapist and new mom Cherie Turner discovered how difficult it was to pump in traditional scrubs.
Pumping meant fully undressing ...inconvenient, uncomfortable, and far from empowering.
That challenge sparked an idea: scrubs designed specifically for breastfeeding and pumping healthcare moms.
After countless hours of design and testing, Mommy Scrubs was born, creating pump-friendly, nursing scrubs that help moms feel professional, comfortable, and confident at work.

At Mommy Scrubs, we’re on a mission to make breastfeeding at work easier, more comfortable, and fully supported.
We proudly donate a portion of profits to Abide Women’s Health Services in Dallas, extending our impact to moms in need.

Meet Our Founder
Cherie Turner, wife, mom of two, and seasoned Occupational Therapist, knows firsthand the challenge of balancing a healthcare career and motherhood. After struggling to pump at work removing layers of scrubs multiple times a day she thought, there has to be a better way.
Guided by faith and fueled by her experience, Cherie created Mommy Scrubs to help nursing moms feel confident, comfortable, and supported on the job.
Today, she leads with a mission to make every healthcare workplace more mom-friendly, proving that moms truly can do it all when they are supported (and look amazing doing it).
