Juggling It All This Fall: Pumping at Work Without Losing Yourself

Juggling It All This Fall: Pumping at Work Without Losing Yourself

Hey mama,

It’s October. 🍂 School has been in full swing for a couple of months, the holidays are creeping up (yes, already), and if you’re anything like me, your calendar looks like a patchwork quilt of school pickups, PTO meetings, work shifts, grocery runs, and somehow remembering to schedule that dentist appointment you’ve already rescheduled twice.

We’re pulled in so many directions this time of year, and yet—we still keep going. But let’s be honest: adding pumping at work into that mix? That can feel like one more giant hassle in an already jam-packed day.

The Pumping Struggle Is Real

Picture this: you’re on your lunch break, your pump bag slung over your shoulder, hustling to find a semi-private spot. You finally sit down, hook up, and then remember you still have to get back into your scrubs before your next patient, client, or shift begins. It’s stressful, it’s rushed, and it’s not exactly the most confidence-boosting part of your day.

This is where Mommy Scrubs steps in. Our pump-friendly scrub tops are designed so you don’t have to do the awkward half-undress routine in the middle of your shift. You stay comfortable, professional, and—most importantly—dressed.

Mama, You’re Doing Enough

It’s easy to feel like we’re always behind—behind at work, behind at home, behind on our to-do list. But let me tell you, if you’ve made it through your shift, supported your patients, shown up for your kids, and taken even one moment for yourself—you’re not behind. You’re doing amazing.

Mommy Scrubs was created because moms like you and me deserve to pump with dignity, without stress, and without having to choose between being professional and being present for our babies.

A Little October Encouragement 💕

So as you balance busy mornings, fall festivals, Halloween costumes, and that never-ending laundry pile, I want you to remember: you are capable, you are strong, and you don’t have to do it all perfectly. Pumping at work doesn’t have to be another hurdle—it can be one less thing to stress about when you’ve got the right tools (and the right scrubs 😉).

Here’s to showing up for our patients, our kids, and ourselves this October. You’ve got this, mama. And Mommy Scrubs is here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Your turn: What’s been the hardest part of your back-to-work + pumping routine this fall? Drop it in the comments—we’re in this together!

Stay Pumped,

Cherie
